If you're looking for a good laugh, then we have great news – Last One Laughing is back for a Halloween special season. The hit Prime Video show has become a huge hit since it debuted in the UK last year, with two seasons under its belt and plenty of hilarious memorable moments along the way.

The show is now back for a spooky season-themed miniseries, and fans can catch the first three episodes on the streamer as of today, while the finale drops next Friday.

Taking part this time are returnees Lou Sanders and Daisy May Cooper, with Phil Wang, Jack Dee, Reece Shearsmith, Tom Allen and Harriet Dyer joining the group to see if they can make it through without cracking up.

The Halloween special season also has a major new twist though, with participants also not allowed to scream either – so expect plenty of scary shenanigans in attempts to give them a fright.

In a five-star review for The Guardian, critic Rachel Aroesti called the new episodes a "total treat" and "just as hilarious as the show’s previous iterations", adding: "There’s little chance of this particular comic well running dry – even second-time contestants Sanders and the defensively screwfaced Cooper prove they have plenty more to give."

In another positive review, The Independent suggested it was "a total riot", writing: "Those looking for a fright won’t really find anything scary in this Halloween twist on the format – that was never the point – it’s still just simply very, very funny."

Fans can also look forward to a new season of the main show next year, which will feature the return of Richard Ayoade and assistant Roisin Conaty entering the game for the first time.
