5 Emmerdale spoilers for tonight as Sadie and Jimmy story reaches dramatic end

In tonight's Emmerdale, Jimmy's name is cleared on the day of his funeral – as Nicola discovers that Sadie has been lying for weeks! But how will she deal with the situation?

Meanwhile, the emotional church service sees family and friends come together to pay their last respects to a much-loved stalwart of the village.

1. Jimmy's funeral day gets off to a stressful start

The Kings prepare to attend Jimmy's funeral, but Carl is upset as he's struggling to access the tribute video that he made for the service.

While Nicola tries to deal with this technical hitch, she also struggles with her conflicting emotions about the day. Can she really say a heartfelt goodbye to Jimmy when she still feels so badly betrayed by him?

2. Robert wants to confess

Now that Robert has Jimmy's missing money, he has no need to keep Sadie on side.

He wants to tell Nicola the truth – that Jimmy didn't cheat on her – but can he pluck up the courage to speak out, knowing that it'd open a huge can of worms?

3. Sadie confronts Robert

Sadie has a bone to pick with Robert after discovering that he swiped Jimmy's cash without consulting her.

Will Robert find a way to pacify Sadie, or ruthlessly leave her out in the cold after outsmarting her?

4. The truth is revealed!

Ahead of the service, Nicola finally discovers that Sadie has been feeding her false stories about Jimmy for weeks.

Is Robert the one who puts her in the picture, does Aaron intervene, or does Jimmy's laptop hold the key to exposing Sadie's lies?

5. Nicola speaks at the funeral

Charles pays tribute to Jimmy at the funeral, using historical information that Nicola had given to him – but it lacks a personal touch and the congregation are disappointed.

Feeling buoyed by the closure she needed, Nicola steps in to give her own eulogy.

As the dust settles, will Nicola also seize the opportunity to take revenge against Sadie? And with Sadie not leaving the Dales anytime soon, what on earth will she have in store next?
