Del Titus Bawuah has joined ArtsHouse Media Group (AMG) as a key strategist for Billboard U.K.’s coverage and partnerships across hip-hop, R&B and beyond.

AMG is the publisher for Billboard U.K., as well as Billboard Canada, Rolling Stone Canada, SPIN Canada and Rolling Stone Quebec. This coming fall, AMG will launch TIME Canada, the first time the current-affairs title has been published in the region.

Billboard U.K. launched in 2024 with local coverage of the world’s third-largest music market. Dua Lipa, Lewis Capaldi, Yungblud and Wet Leg have all appeared on the title’s digital covers. In 2025, Billboard U.K. launched its inaugural Power Players list, recognizing U.K.-based executives; Billboard U.K.’s first-ever 40 Under 40 list will be published in October alongside an exclusive honors event at Manchester’s Beyond The Music conference.

Bawuah’s previous experience spans technology, finance, music, media and culture. Prior to pivoting full-time into the cryptocurrency and web3 sectors, the British-Ghanian executive advised a number of U.K. music-tech start-ups.

He played a pivotal role in Ghana’s historic Year of Return initiative, an official government project that began in 2019 and helped strengthen ties between the West African nation and its diaspora in the U.K. and U.S. Bawuah also supported Global Citizen’s launch in Ghana, developing collaborations that explored how web3 and emerging technology could be used as a force for good in the fight against poverty.

Throughout his career, Bawuah has established and maintained a number of key relationships across the music sector. Recent projects spearheaded by Bawuah for Billboard U.K. include securing exclusive access and producing editorial packages at Summer Walker’s Still Finally Over It tour and Lauryn Hill’s Diaspora Calling! festival.

“Del brings a unique perspective at the intersection of music, culture and technology, along with deep relationships across the U.K. and global music industry,” Mo Ghoneim, founder and president of AMG, said in a statement. “As we continue to expand Billboard U.K., his insight will be invaluable in deepening our engagement with hip-hop and R&B communities and creating new stories, partnerships and opportunities around them.”

“After years of building with AMG, this feels like the natural next step in taking our relationship to another level,” Bawuah added in a statement. “I’m excited to help shape Billboard U.K.’s urban music strategy, pushing culture forward with authenticity and creating lasting impact.”
