The Celebrity Traitors fans hail "best mission ever" after disastrous result

Spoilers follow for Thursday's (22 October) episode of Celebrity Traitors.
Celebrity Traitors viewers have hailed tonight's mission as the "best ever" after its chaotic scenes - which saw two Traitors put in a terrible performance, and the third refuse to take part at all. That's not even mentioning Miranda's "Floorboard Theory".
While the Faithful stood in an eerie room with blindfolds on, the Traitors were tasked with cobbling together pieces of a shield without being detected.
Maya Jama and King Kenny struggled to complete it, resulting in no money being added to the prize pot. James Acaster, meanwhile, kept his blindfold on and refused to take part, fearing that he would be heard by the players around him.

All things considered, it went down very well on social media - even with the Traitors' terrible performance.
"That was perhaps the best mission I’ve seen on #CelebrityTraitors or even normal Traitors," one person wrote. "It gave [the] faithfuls a genuine chance to catch a traitor out, but also gave the traitors a chance to get one up on the faithfuls. I think all missions should be like that."
Another wrote: "Miranda can feel the floorboard shaking. Maya is sabotaging herself by accident. James is refusing to participate. Kenny is fuming. This is the best mission ever."
"best mission in a long time, if not ever, i’m afraid," said a third.

One person commented: "you can all hate to admit it, but James A was the smartest for that mission and played it better than Kenny and Maya. He has no suspicion on him and it stays that way because of it."
"The opportunity for actual evidence! Actual stakes! Actual jeopardy! This is not a drill! A traitors mission wasn’t boring," yet another viewer remarked.
One more post said: "Kenny: Fuming with genuine, unbridled rage. Miranda: 'I CAN FEEL THE FLOORBOARDS SHAKING'. James Acaster: 'I am simply not participating.' Give whoever designed this mission a BAFTA, a promotion, and a raise immediately!"
Tonight, Ross Kemp was revealed as the contestant who was murdered in plain sight in last week's cliffhanger, and Jerry Hall - having survived that - was then banished at the Round Table.
The Celebrity Traitors season two continues tonight at 8pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
