Tennessee Titans WR Carnell Tate caught three passes for 27 yards against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2. He was targeted five times during the game.
Why It Matters: Tate was expected to be a big part of the passing game during his rookie season but has posted only 65 yards in his first two games. He should have more success as the season goes on but can be considered a No. 5 fantasy receiver at this point.
