宏福苑業主「特設銷售計劃」排序結果今早（15日）出爐，有關結果已上載至指定網站。房屋局長何永賢說，計劃預計在本月底開始揀樓，房屋局將會按選樓次序分批發信通知排序結果，邀請合資格申請者在指定日期及時間前往觀塘綠置居銷售小組辦事處出席選樓環節。她又說，截至昨日（14日），已有1702戶、約85.8%的宏福苑業主已簽署《買賣協議》。
