CAA Signs Actress Sadie Stanley

EXCLUSIVE: Sadie Stanley, an actress soon to be seen starring in Netflix’s limited series Poser and Lionsgate’s 47 Meters Down: The Wreck, has signed with CAA for representation.

Created by Lauren Iungerich, Poser is a thriller in which two estranged former best friends get caught up in a psychological game after one gets the life she’s always coveted. Daisy Jelley and Annie Murphy also star.

Stanley stars opposite Ron Livinston and Bo Bragason in 47 Meters Down: The Wreck, the third entry in a survival horror franchise from Lionsgate.

Most recently, Stanley has been seen starring in Pretty Babies, an indie drama from first-time director Marie Evans and producer Christine Vachon that premiered at this year’s Edinburgh Film Festival. The actress first began rising in the industry after landing the title role in Disney Channel’s 2019 live-action adaptation of popular animated series Kim Possible.

Stanley has also been seen starring in Karate Kid: Legends, alongside Jackie Chan, Ralph Macchio, Ben Wang and Joshua Jackson; Freeform/Hulu’s Cruel Summer; and Ray Romano’s Somewhere in Queens. She recurred on Netflix’s dark comedy Dead to Me and ABC’s sitcom The Goldbergs, with additional TV credits including Netflix’s The Sleepover and HBO’s Room 104.
