BARMM 2026 elections: Tawi-Tawi legislative district winners proclaimed

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Tuesday proclaimed the winners of the parliamentary district representative races in Tawi-Tawi, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
Here are the winning candidates of the following districts in Tawi-Tawi:
Julbert Que (BFP) - first district
Hadjimar Matba (Pro BM) - second district
Tina Motolo (BFP) - third district
Nur-Mahadil Ahaja (BFP) - fourth district

The winning candidates from the three districts in Tawi-Tawi came from the Bangsamoro Federalist Party.
Meanwhile, Matba came from the Bangsamoro Peoples Democratic Party (Pro Bangsamoro).
The BARMM held its first parliamentary elections on Monday, September 14, with 2.393 million registered voters.
Commission on Elections chairman George Erwin Garcia earlier underscored the resolve of voters in the region to cast their ballots, noting that voter turnout had reached 80% at the time. —LDF, GMA News
