Michael Connelly has a new story for Titus Welliver to tell in The Eternal Realm.
While the pair await the return of the Bosch franchise on screen, Connelly and Welliver have teamed up for The Eternal Realm, which is available as of today on Audible. The audio drama serves as a sequel to 2024's The Safe Man, which reimagined his 2005 short story of the same name, with the new story centering on skeptic Raven Freedman who is sent to investigate the unexplained death of prolific horror writer Paul Robinette, voiced by Welliver in the previous series, and teams with Roy Holloway, father of Jack Quaid's character in the original.
Unlike its predecessor, The Eternal Realm is not directly penned by Connelly, with Amber Dupre taking on writing duties, while the author executive produces the new audio drama. Welliver returns to direct the sequel alongside Mark Henry Phillips, with the pair assembling a star-studded cast that includes Da'Vine Joy Randolph as Raven, Michael Cudlitz as Roy, LisaGay Hamilton, Laurence Fishburne, Oscar Nuñez and Madison Lintz, among others.
