England await Guehi scan results after injury concern

Manchester City defender Marc Guehi will undergo a scan for a hip complaint on Sunday to determine whether he can report for England duty this week.
The 26-year-old was substituted at half-time in City's loss to Nottingham Forest on Saturday, and manager Enzo Maresca said afterwards the centre-back requested to come off because of the injury.
Maresca did not specify Guehi's issue, but it is understood he has been troubled by the hip problem in recent weeks.
The fact he requested to be substituted has raised doubts about whether he will be available for England's UEFA Nations League matches against Croatia and Spain.
Guehi will undergo tests, although England's medical staff will likely want to assess the player before making a final decision.
Thomas Tuchel will hope the defender is cleared to play, with the former Crystal Palace captain a mainstay of his team since he took over as England head coach in January 2025.
Guehi started in all but one of England's World Cup games and in all four of the team's Nations League fixtures in September and October.
England face Croatia at Wembley on Thursday, 12 November, before travelling to Madrid to face World Cup winners Spain on Saturday, 15 November.
