EgyptAir suspends flights from Cairo, Alexandria to Riyadh

EgyptAir announced the suspension of flights from Cairo and Alexandria airports to Riyadh until operations resume, in coordination with Saudi civil aviation authorities, following the temporary suspension of operations at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh amid the current situation.
In a statement, the airline said passengers holding confirmed tickets for affected flights who wish to change their itinerary to another direct destination within Saudi Arabia on EgyptAir flights may do so without paying change fees or fare differences.
Passengers wishing to cancel tickets issued for affected flights may also receive refunds without cancellation fees, in accordance with the applicable procedures.
EgyptAir said its Integrated Operations Center was monitoring the situation around the clock and that updates would be provided as they became available.
