Beyoncé's haircare line Cécred is now available in the UK – here are 7 products worth buying

Beyoncé's haircare brand Cécred is finally available in the UK, two years after its initial launch in the US. Last week saw the much-anticipated launch of the haircare line at London's Space NK store. The launch marked Cécred's first international retail expansion – the UK is already Cécred's second-largest market after the US – with the award-winning haircare brand now available across all 90 Space NK stores in the UK and Ireland and online at spacenk.com.

As with most haircare lines and product launches, it can be difficult to know where to start and which product will work for your hair type. The good news is Beyoncé's Cécred has done most of the hard work for you, as most of its products are suitable for all hair types.

In the range, there's everything from hydrating shampoos and conditioners to volumising mousse, hair gel, brushes and combs. Here at Digital Spy, we have done the hair work for you – here are the shampoo, conditioners and styling products we recommend.

Restoring Hair and Edge Drops

Cécred's Restoring Hair and Edge Drops went viral when they first launched back in 2024, with fans of the product sharing their incredible before-and-afters. We checked them out to see whether they could restore our ever-thinning hair lines.

Applying the hair drops morning and night followed by a little massage helps the product absorb into the scalp. Our tester noticed consistent hair regrowth as well as less breakage and hair fall within the first month. The serum is lightweight and smells pleasant. The formula itself is water-based, so if you've straightened your hair, beware.

The Restoring Hair and Edge Drops cost £53 for 50ml and can be purchased directly from Space NK. The 100ml Restoring Hair and Edge Drops XL isn't available to buy in the UK yet, but can be purchased directly from Cécred for £92.

Nourishing Hair Oil

First of all, the Nourishing Hair Oil smells divine. The soft, subtle fragrance has quickly become part of Cécred's signature smell. The UK launch also saw the new Temple Oud hair perfume at £51 for 50ml, so you can keep your hair smelling Cécred fresh all day long.

As we pull closer to the colder months, hair can become dryer and duller. After styling or blow drying, add a few drops of this hair oil to mid-lengths and ends to keep it nourished, soft and shiny.

The oil, which is silicone-free, isn't too heavy and doesn't drench your hair (unless you apply too much).

Some of the key ingredients include an African oil blend of baobab, moringa and black seed oils to nourish the hair plus sea buckthorn oil, which contains fatty acids, antioxidants and vitamin E. The final oil blended in is hyssop oil, which helps to support hair health.

The oil costs £42 for 50ml, and there's also a 20ml bottle of oil for £21.

Clarifying Shampoo and Scalp Scrub

Begin your hair wash day with Cécred's Clarifying Shampoo and Scalp Scrub to help lift and remove build-up. Start by wetting your hair and scalp and after a twist of the nozzle, directly apply it in lines along your scalp from front to back. The Clarifying Shampoo and Scalp Scrub is priced at £37 – or there's the travel-sized alternative at £18 for 74ml.

There's no need to over-squeeze. As with most of the products we tried out, a little really goes a long way. Massage it in and feel the cooling scalp scrub lift build-up and debris. Rinse it out fully and follow up with the Hydrating Shampoo for the ultimate double cleanse.

Hydrating Shampoo

Designed for all hair types and textures, the Hydrating Shampoo lathers up in an instant. A little goes a very long way, and while it's priced at £30, the shampoo can and should last a couple of months (based on washing two to three times a week). It smells gorgeous and doesn't leave your hair feeling dry and crispy afterwards.

The shampoo also contains Cécred's patent-pending Bioactive Keratin Ferment, which fortifies the hair and helps protect against breakage. It's also available in a handy travel-sized option priced at £15 for 74ml, so you can try out a smaller bottle first or take it with you while travelling.

In addition, there's the Hydration Hero Kit for £37, which contains travel-sized tubes of the Hydrating Shampoo, Hydrating Conditioner and Moisture Sealing Lotion.

Moisturizing Deep Conditioner

Cécred's Moisturizing Deep Conditioner is our hero product. Our tester felt it was a miracle in a tub after struggling with dry, frizzy and dull hair. The conditioner left our tester with noticeable results after the first wash. The formula is buttery in texture, and a little goes a long way as it spreads well.

Some of the key ingredients include shea and murumuru butter – which help to deeply replenish and restore suppleness of the hair. There is also a blend of African oils such as baobab, moringa, and black seed oils, which help to support elasticity and elevate shine.

Plus, there's Cécred's very own, patent-pending Bioactive Keratin Ferment, which fortifies the hair and deeply penetrates the strands to repair the hair from within.

Priced at £37, it is an investment, but if you can only invest in one product, this would be it. This also comes in a travel-sized tube at £15 for 74ml, and is currently available to purchase via Cécred.

Scalp Refreshing Spray

Cécred's Scalp Refreshing Spray delivers a gentle, relieving cooling effect from style-related itchiness or tension. The product can be used for support in hard-to-reach places such as underneath hair extensions, weaves, cornrows, and wigs.

We used it between wash days in place of dry shampoo (all our darker-hair people can relate). The refreshing spray helped to alleviate the soreness and itchiness of day-to-day styles and provided an extra day before needing a full wash – handy if you've got a busy lifestyle.

At £37 for 169ml, this is sure to last a while. The scalp refreshing spray comes in travel size too at £17 for 74ml, so you can take it on the go.

Reconstructing Treatment Mask

While the price of the Reconstructing Treatment Mask is a little on the higher end at £41, it's worth the purchase. The mask is great for those who regularly colour, chemically treat or heat style their hair.

With hydrolysed rice protein to help fight against breakage and split ends, sea buckthorn oil to replenish the hair and squalane which promotes shine, the mask will leave your hair feeling nourished, soft and noticeably shiny. The mask also contains Cécred's patent-pending Bioactive Keratin Ferment.

After shampooing and detangling, split the hair into sections and apply the mask to wet hair. Leave it on for up to 20 minutes (for deeper penetration, cover with a plastic cap and add heat with a warmer towel or hooded hairdryer). After rinsing out the mask, be sure to follow it up with Cécred's Hydrating Conditioner or its Moisturising Deep Conditioner.
