The boy aquarium has some competition next month as Heated Rivalry fans are treated to a jumbotron-sized event that should hold them over until Season 2.

From Nov. 6-30, fans can experience all six episodes of Season 1 on a screen befitting of Shane (Hudson Williams) and Ilya’s (Connor Storrie) cinematic love story with a limited theatrical release at more than 275 Regal Cinema locations nationwide, in partnership with Sphere Abacus and Crave.

With distribution led by Regal, the show will also be available on the big screen at AMC, Cinemark and other participating theaters, for more than 650 locations total. At $9.99 for the paired-episode screenings, advanced tickets are now available at Regal.

Screenings will feature exclusive welcome content from the show’s cast and directors, and participating locations will also have themed cocktails for purchase, including the “Summer in Montreal” and “Russians Don’t Blush.”

“When a series connects with audiences the way Heated Rivalry has, we look for ways to bring it to the big screen and give fans a reason to experience it together,” said Brooks LeBoeuf, SVP of U.S. content at Regal. “Nearly a year after its premiere, we’re proud to work with our partners to turn a season fans have watched again and again into a true theatrical event. It’s a chance to celebrate the story, its creators, and its performances before Season 2 arrives in 2027.”

Hana Palmer, Sphere’s executive director of global distribution and partnerships, said, “Heated Rivalry is a global phenomenon creating a rush of social media and press activity wherever it lands. We’re very excited to give audiences the opportunity to watch the drama unfold on big screens in North America, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.”

With Rachel Reid’s Game Changer novel The Long Game serving as the basis for Season 2 of Jacob Tierney’s Crave Original series adaptation, production began on the sophomore season in Canada in August.

Deadline recently reported that Justice Smith, Charlie Gillespie, Daniel Diemer, Shaheen Jafargholi, Emily Hampshire, Edvin Ryding, Robert Naylor, Sabrina Jalees, Priyanka, Brendan Morgan, David Tomlinson, Gerry Dee, Michelle Mylett, Lauren Chan and Nick Stahl have been cast in Season 2, which is set to premiere in spring 2027.
