'Vote chori, paper leak, berozgari kisne krwayi? Pakistan': CJP takes jibe at Centre over funding claim

Ranka questioned the minister, saying: “Why were you negotiating with us then?”

NEW DELHI: Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) leader Ashutosh Ranka has hit back at Union minister Jitendra Singh after the latter alleged that Ranka received financial support from Pakistani politicians and handlers.Responding to the allegation in a post on X, Ranka questioned the minister, saying: “Why were you negotiating with us then?”In another X post, Ranka wrote, "Paper leak kisne karaye? Pakistan. School barbaad kisne kiye? Pakistan. Vote chori kisne krwayi? Pakistan. Desh mein berozgaari kisne failayi? Pakistan."

CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke also reacted to Singh's remarks by sharing a video clip of the minister's comments, accompanied by a funny GIF showing a man placing bundles of cash on his head.

Singh had made the allegations during a press conference in Bengaluru on November 3. He claimed that Dipke had received funds from US-based donors, while Ranka was allegedly paid by Pakistani politicians and received money through intermediaries. The minister further alleged that foreign-funded NGOs, deep-state operatives and organisations working against India's interests were backing campaigns against the government's policies and influencing public discourse.Singh's remarks came amid several protests against the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls demanding resignation of chief election commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
