MTN sets December 10, 2026 as interim dividend payment date

Translate

MTN Ghana has set Thursday 10th December 2026 as the interim dividend payment date for quarter 3, 2026 to shareholders.

This was captured in its 3rd Quarter Financial Report.

The payment will be made electronically to the bank accounts or mobile money wallets of shareholders who make use of these facilities.

The Board of the firm declared a gross interim dividend of GH¢0.03 per share for the third

quarter ending 30 September 2026. All dividends are, however, subject to the deduction of applicable taxes.

The number of ordinary shares in issue as of the date of this declaration is 13,236,175,050.

All shareholders registered in the books of Scancom PLC (MTN Ghana) at the close of business on

Thursday, 26 November 2026, would qualify for the quarter three interim dividend.

In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Tuesday, 24 November 2026.

Consequently, an investor purchasing MTNGH shares before this date will be entitled to the quarter three interim dividend. However, an investor buying MTN Ghana shares on or

after Thursday, 26 November 2026 will not be entitled to the quarter three interim dividend.

MTN Ghana recorded a profit of GH¢7.7 billion in the third quarter of 2026, a 42.0% increase over the same period in 2025.
