Shiksha Arora Buys Two-Bedroom Apartment in Limuru, Prepares to Become Landlady

Media personality Shiksha Arora is celebrating a major personal milestone after purchasing a two-bedroom apartment in Limuru, adding property ownership to her growing list of achievements.

The former television presenter announced the acquisition in an Instagram video showing her receiving the keys to the apartment before stepping inside to explore her new investment.

Clearly excited about the purchase, Shiksha gave her followers a glimpse of the unfurnished property as she walked through the rooms and showcased the surroundings.

“Welcome home,” she said as she opened the door and entered the apartment.

She later drew attention to the view from the property, expressing her excitement as she showed followers the surrounding buildings and a swimming pool.

“Look at the view,” she remarked.

In the caption accompanying the video, Shiksha confirmed that she had purchased a two-bedroom apartment in Limuru and revealed that she was already looking for prospective tenants.

“I made a big girl purchase, guys! Meet the newest apartment owner in town,” she wrote.

Reflecting on the achievement, the media personality encouraged her followers to believe in their dreams, noting that aspirations could eventually become reality.

“A little reminder that the dreams we whisper to ourselves can become our reality… I am definitely about to be the coolest landlady,” she stated.

She also invited interested renters to contact her directly.

Shiksha Adds Property to Her Growing Investments

The apartment purchase comes months after Shiksha celebrated acquiring her first German car, a 2019 BMW X3 that she affectionately named Blue.

In April 2026, the media personality shared the milestone with her followers, with the vehicle reportedly valued at approximately KSh 5 million.

Her latest acquisition marks another significant step in her personal journey, highlighting achievements beyond her career in broadcasting and entertainment.

Shiksha previously worked at the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC), where she spent three years before announcing her departure from the national broadcaster.

During her tenure, she gained experience covering major events, including general elections, while also interacting with personalities across the entertainment industry.

Her latest investment now sees her venture into the rental property market, with the presenter taking on the role of a landlord as she seeks tenants for her new apartment.
