Famed Bollywood actress Nushrratt Bharuccha, best known for her work in ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ and ‘Dream Girl,' was recently in Bali and during her visit, she suffered a spinal injury, which reports now say will require surgery.

As the star was airlifted from Bali to Mumbai for treatment, fans and netizens were left worried. Many people posted about the star online, extending their love and support for the ‘Pyaar ka Punchnama’ actress.

As soon as news and videos of Bharuccha spread online, fans and netizens shared concerns about the star’s health and well-being and began praying for her speedy recovery. One person’s comment in reply to a post about her being airlifted to Mumbai read, “Wishing Nushrratt Bharuccha a safe surgery and a smooth recovery.

Hope she gets well soon." In contrast, another person added, “With all the strength and courage in this difficult time, we wish Nusrat a speedy recovery.

May God grant her surgery a success and a full recovery as soon as possible.”

More about the Nushrratt Bharuccha accident in BaliThe actress's schedule in Bali included both work calls and vacation time. She also posted glimpses from her trip on Instagram a couple of days ago. However, NDTV reported on October 1 that the actress had suffered an accident during her time there and had been admitted to a hospital for treatment.

It was later revealed that she had suffered a spinal injury, would need to undergo surgery for recovery, and had been airlifted to Mumbai to continue her treatment.

The initial statement by her publicist read, “Nushrratt Bharuccha has met with an unfortunate accident in Bali. She had travelled there for a work commitment and had extended her stay by a few days. She sustained an injury in the accident and is currently hospitalised in Bali under medical care.

”Her publicist added, “We request everyone to respect her privacy at this time and allow her the space to focus on her treatment and recovery.

We are grateful for everyone's concern and good wishes and will share further updates as and when appropriate.”

Nushrratt Bharuccha’s upcoming work

On the work front, the Bollywood star is joining hands with Tiger Shroff for an upcoming, untitled thriller film, which is being directed by Remo D’Souza. According to reports shared online by Bollywood Hungama, along with the actress and Shroff, the film has also cast Pashmina Roshan, Abhishek Banerjee, and Elvish Yadav. No other information has been made public about the project.
