Celebrity Traitors has released new images of the show's host Claudia Winkleman ahead of the hotly anticipated third episode on Thursday night.

The TV host, 54, whose style has become its own talking point from the show, posed in two looks based on her signature vibe, gothic glam meets cosy Highland.

The series got off to a chaotic start when Richard E. Grant announced to the room that he was one of the Traitors, putting him in the firing line to be banished.

While Richard is one of the favourites to be sent home at the round table, fans believe they have worked out who will be murdered later in the episode.

Since last week, viewers have been theorising who will be the next to go, after Amol Rajan was murdered by the Traitors after begging to be recruited.

The only two Faithfuls in the firing line are Hannah Fry and Jerry Hall, after the rest of the group were awarded shields to protect them from murder during a challenge.

Many fans mused that Hannah would be a 'target' for murder because of the mathematician's logical brain and wit.

Others said that the amount of screentime she had in the latest episode made them sceptical that she could be the next to go.

Speculating on Reddit, one person said: 'To preface, I really like Hannah Fry and would like to see her last in the game...

'But I think the amount of screen time in episode 2 alone signals that she is going home, that or Jerry really didn't say much that the editors could use.

'I even think the strategic method would be kill Jerry then Hannah will naturally be voted off. Unless the editors are double- bluffing us, I think Hannah's away home.'

Another person referenced the fact that she voiced her suspicion about Leigh-Anne Pinnock to Traitor Maya Jama.

They wrote: 'She's def getting murdered. She relayed the info about Leigh-Anne doing her makeup while Maya was in the car. Maya has seen that Hannah is proactive about trying to catch traitors. Plus it will put heat on Leigh-Anne if Hannah goes. It's a no-brainer murder for the traitors.'

Another said: 'Hannah won't last long, she's playing the game like its a puzzle to solve and is currently hyper-visible with a target on her back after the 'too obvious' comments (and the death-wish pairing with Jerry, gulp!).'

One person who apparently tries to stop Hannah from being sent home is her co-star James Blunt, who shared his secret strategy on his Instagram page.

During the roundtable, which ended on a cliffhanger, James said he was suspicious of Hannah and stated that the 'most obvious solution' is often truest.'

He said one murder and a recruitment the logical thing to do would be to murder one  threat to the traitors, Amol, and recruit an even bigger threat to the traitors, Hannah.

But he later confirmed that Hannah's name was a red herring and he was actually in fact trying to save her from being murdered.

He moved the discussion on quickly after having planted the seed however and, in a comment on Instagram, he has confirmed this was part of a hidden strategy.

One commenter said: 'I'd like to think it's a tactic to keep her in the game. If her name is brought up the traitors are less likely to murder her.'

James confirmed that this was his plan, commenting: 'Bingo!'

While this didn't verify whether Hannah goes or not, fans did suggest James could land himself in hot water as boasting about his plot on social media may suggest that it was successful and Hannah remained in the show.

Elsewhere, producers have been forced to ditch plans for the show after an 'unthinkable' moment took place  – which is said to be even more chaotic than Richard's gaffe.

The hit BBC show left viewers furious on Friday over the 'ridiculous' cliffhanger ending as it abruptly ended mid-round table.

As a result, viewers have been patiently waiting for Thursday's episode, where they will see who the all-star line-up will cast their votes on to banish from the castle.

But now, it has been reported that 'something so unbelievable happened that even execs didn't see it coming'.

A source told The Sun: 'Cliffhangers on The Traitors have become legendary so bosses never want to disappoint and hope to have the nation on tenterhooks all week, waiting for Thursdays to come around – that's part of the reason the format being fed out twice a week works.

'So they plot out likely moments in gameplay that will be the Friday cliffs.'

But after the mad event, bosses were 'forced to throw plans out the window to accommodate the epic moment – which should make great TV'.
