Strictly Come Dancing confirms full list of dances and songs for Week 3

The full list of routines that will be performed on week three of Strictly Come Dancing 2026 has been revealed. After several of them were drip-fed on It Takes Two over the course of the week, we now have the complete set.
Following last weekend's Movie Week festivities, this week it's business as usual, with another couple set to be eliminated on Sunday's results show.
The list includes another Couple's Choice, plus dances to the likes of Ariana Grande, RAYE, Sombr and even Gina G.

In no particular order, Bethany Antonia and Nancy Xu will be dancing an American Smooth to 'Love Song' by Sara Bareilles, Dani Dyer and Nikita Kuzmin will Tango to 'Show Me Love' by Robin S, and Delta Goodrem and Kai Widdrington will Salsa to a medley of 'Always There' by Jocelyn Brown and 'Ain’t Nobody' by Chaka Khan.
After surviving last week's Dance Off, Jaime Winstone and Carlos Gu aim to bounce back with a Viennese Waltz to 'Never Tear Us Apart' by INXS. Meanwhile, Lacey Turner and Vito Coppola will Samba to 'Bamboléo' by Gipsy Kings, Melanie Walters and Aljaž Škorjanec will try a Charleston to 'Ooh Ahh... Just A Little Bit' by Gina G and Dame Sarah Storey and Julian Caillon will perform a Paso Doble to 'California Dreamin’' by Sia.
Tabby Stoecker and Mark Karmalita will hope to impress with an Argentine Tango to Ariana Grande's 'hate that I made you love me', Cach Mercer and Maddie Ingoldsby are doing their Couple's Choice to 'Beware.. The South London Lover Boy.' by RAYE, and Graeme Hall and Lauren Oakley are set to Jive to 'Reet Petite' by Jackie Wilson.
Finally, John Nellis and Katya Jones will Cha Cha to 'Rock Your Body' by Justin Timberlake, Lawrence Robb and Jowita Przystał will Rumba to Sombr's 'back to friends', Shaun Wright-Phillips and Alexis Warr will Quickstep to 'I’m a Believer' by The Monkees, and Will Best and Dianne Buswell will Waltz to 'With You I’m Born Again' by Billy Preston & Syreeta.

On Sunday's results show, fans will see an impressive Ballroom vs Latin spectacular, led by Anton Du Beke for Ballroom and Shirley Ballas for Latin.
The routine follows Craig Revel Horwood and Motsi Mabuse's star turns in a routine themed around The Devil Wears Prada during last weekend's show.
Strictly Come Dancing airs at 6:15pm on Saturday on BBC One and iPlayer, while It Takes Two airs weekdays at 6:30pm on BBC Two.
