Fulham defender Calvin Bassey says his side are ready for a tough challenge as they prepare to face Premier League leaders Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday.

Winless Run In Premier League

It has been a difficult start for Fulham. Not only have they lost each of their first three top-flight games, but they have also lost in different ways, failing to outscore Chelsea and Palace at home, and unable to breach a steadfast Sunderland defence in the 1-0 reverse.

The Super Eagles star has started every Premier League game this season and has become a key part of Fulham’s backline.

Speaking to the club’s website, Bassey said the team will need to be at their best to get a result against Liverpool.

The Nigeria international also emphasized the need to maintain unity and adhere closely to the manager’s instructions.

“It’s not going to be easy,”Bassey told the club’s website.
