‘Wednesday’ Wraps Production On Season 3; New Photo Of Jenna Ortega

It’s a wrap. Production on the third season of Wednesday has officially concluded, Netflix announced today. The streamer also released a new Season 3 photo (see above) of Jenna Ortega (Wednesday) sitting at a typewriter.

Season 2 ended with some major cliffhangers, with Enid transforming into a full Alpha werewolf to save Wednesday after she captured and buried alive by The Slurp (Isaac Night). Enid then fled with the uncertainty that she can ever return to her human form, and the search for her continues. The season ended with Wednesday, Uncle Fester, and Thing hitting the road in a motorcycle sidecar in a desperate rescue mission to track Enid down.

We also saw Ophelia, played by Eva Green in Season 3, who turns out is alive in Grandmama Hester’s basement. We see her writing “Wednesday Must Die” on the basement wall at the end of Season 2.

The returning cast includes Jenna Ortega (Wednesday Addams), Catherine Zeta-Jones (Morticia Addams), Luis Guzmán (Gomez Addams), Isaac Ordonez (Pugsley Addams), Emma Myers (Enid Sinclair), Hunter Doohan (Tyler Galpin), Joy Sunday (Bianca Barclay), Moosa Mostafa (Eugene Ottinger), Georgie Farmer (Ajax Petropolus), Billie Piper (Isadora Capri), Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo (Sheriff Ritchie Santiago), Victor Dorobantu (Thing), Evie Templeton (Agnes DeMille) and Fred Armisen (Uncle Fester).

Previously announced new Season 3 cast includes Eva Green as Aunt Ophelia, Winona Ryder as Tabitha, Chris Sarandon, Noah Tayler, Oscar Morgan, Kennedy Moyer, Lena Headey, Andrew McCarthy and James Lance. Joanna Lumley has been upped to series regular.

Wednesday is created by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar and directed by Tim Burton. Season 3 is slated to premiere in 2027.
