Sara Duterte impeachment trial: Who is lawyer Mark Vinluan?
MANILA, Philippines — Acting as one of Vice President Sara Duterte’s defense lawyers before the Senate impeachment court is lawyer Mark Vinluan.
A 2014 bar passer, Vinluan earned his law degree from Ateneo de Manila University before joining Fortun Narvasa & Salazar Law as an associate. He stayed with the firm until 2015 before he became a partner at Vinluan Law Office.
