A new crime thriller adaptation has been announced at Amazon MGM Studios.
Deadline reports that an adaptation of Miranda Leigh's The Courier is being developed at Amazon MGM Studios, hailing from Blindspot creator Martin Gero.
The Courier is a high-stakes international thriller. The story follows Daisy, who is the titular diplomatic courier, as she's framed for a plane explosion that's meant to kill her and bury a stolen package. She's soon forced to go on the run, crisscrossing Europe to clear her name. In the process, she'll have to remain hidden and get to the truth. The adapted version is based on a concept from Gero.
