EXCLUSIVE: Veteran manager/producer Doreen Wilcox Little on Monday announced the launch of her new company Moonshot Management & Production.

Little called Moonshot “an opportunity to build a company around the work I care most about, championing artists, nurturing their ambitions, and bringing compelling stories to the screen.”

Clients coming with Little include NAACP Image Award winner Gail Bean; Independent Spirit Award nominee Raven Goodwin; Gotham Award nominee Indya Moore; Tony Award winner Myles Frost; Saturn Award winner Amy Acker; Independent Spirit Award and Gotham Award nominee Megan Stott; Grammy nominee Dave East; Katie Cassidy; Corey Fogelmanis; Gabriel Robles; Ashley Johnson; Michele Selene Ang; Guslagie Malanda; Vritika Gupta, Tipper Seifert Cleveland, Madison Brydges; writer Jeffrey Hatcher; and writer-director Moon Molson.

Most recently at Echo Lake Entertainment for around two years, Little prior to that spent more than a decade at Anonymous Content, where she repped a select roster of actors while developing and producing film and television projects. Earlier in her career, she worked in literary management at Artists Management Group during its launch under Michael Ovitz, collaborating with some of the most influential filmmakers of the era, including Martin Scorsese, Sydney Pollack, and Barry Levinson.

Little’s producing work includes Killer Joe, directed by her late client William Friedkin, and the Ondi Timoner doc Mapplethorpe on the famed photographer of the same name. Currently developing an adaptation of Erika L. Sánchez’s YA novel I Am Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter, alongside director America Ferrera, for Amazon MGM’s Orion Pictures and Macro, she also recently worked on I Wish You All the Best, the coming-of-age drama written and directed by Tommy Dorfman and released by Lionsgate after premiering at SXSW.

A committed advocate for LGBTQ+ creatives, Little is a member of the Television Academy.
