Recently, senior actor Prakash Raj who often remains in headlines for his political takes reacted to Vijay and Ajith meeting in England.

While speaking with ANI in Tiruchirappalli, Prakash Raj shared that there was nothing wrong with Vijay travelling abroad and meeting his friend

. According to Prakash Raj, the focus should instead be on whether Vijay achieved the purpose of the trip.“There is nothing wrong in him going abroad and meeting his friend Ajith. What I would look at is whether he accomplished the purpose for which he went. He has said that he has brought in investments worth several thousand crores,” he said.

Prakash Raj asks for one-year grace period for Vijay government

During the same conversation, Prakash Raj said that Vijay’s government should be given at least one year before its performance is assessed. He also mentioned that the government had completed only around 120 days in office.“Vijay is the Chief Minister not only for those who voted for him but also for those who did not vote for him. He should be given more time. At least one year should be allowed before commenting on the performance of his government,” he said.

Prakash Raj added that he had several doubts about Vijay even before the election, but said it was too early to reach conclusions about the government’s performance.Prakash Raj said he would wait for the government’s first Budget before making further comments about its performance.

Vijay And Ajith reunite at Silverstone

For the unversed, Vijay and Ajith’s meeting attracted a lot of attention online. Vijay was seen running towards Ajith and hugging him before the race. He later gifted Ajith a miniature race car with a message calling him his “lovely brother”, while Ajith gifted Vijay a signed helmet.Trisha Krishnan and TVK leader Aadhav Arjuna were also seen at the venue.
