Nigerian arrested for indecent exposure on Toronto subway

A Nigerian man, Adebayo Maoli, has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself to three people in a public place in Canada.

Maoli engaged in indecent exposure in two separate incidents on September 1 and October 3.

In a report by Toronto Today, the first incident happened when the 28-year-old exposed himself to two people riding in a southbound Toronto Transit Commission subway car at King Station at 3pm.

Toronto Police said the accused exited the train after the security alarm was activated by the victims.

A month later, the second incident occurred when the police alleged that Maoli followed a person into a lift after exiting the subway at College Station early morning.

“The accused exposed himself to the victim,” police said. “The victim verbally confronted the accused, who fled the area.”

Maoli was arrested and charged with two counts of committing an indecent act and one count of sexual assault.
