Bullet for My Valentine Announce New Album, Unleash “Social Apocalypse”: Stream

Bullet for My Valentine have announced a new album titled Social Apocalypse, set to arrive Match 19th via Spinefarm. Alongside the album announcement, the UK metal band has released the title track as lead single.

“Social Apocalypse” mixes arena-ready metalcore with the kind of sing-along choruses reminiscent of Linkin Park. Its impressive drum part and catchy vocals form a tight engine for the track.

Frontman Matt Tuck said of the concept behind the album, “Everything in life is changing at such a rapid pace, and it is hard to find a great deal of positivity when you look at events in the world. People are being pitted against each other. The world is full of conflict instead of unity. As a father, I look at what the world is like for younger people, and how completely different it is now.”

He elaborated on the album-making process, saying, “[Producer] Carl [Bown] doesn’t let you settle. He is always ready to speak up, push and challenge you to be the best version of you.”

Social Apocalypse is available to pre-order exclusively at the band’s website with a wider range of pre-order packages becoming available on September 28th.

Bullet for My Valentine has also announced a run of UK/European shows with Pendulum and Dark Divine set to begin January 21st in Lisbon, passing through cities like Milan, Paris, and Budapest before finishing up in Manchester on February 27th.
