Celebrity Race Across The World viewers have shared their early concerns for nepo babies Princess and Junior Andre following the first episode of the new series.

At the end of the episode, the siblings were in last place and currently 230km (143 miles) away from the finish line, a day behind their rivals who had reached the first check point.

As singer Ella Eyre and her pal Nana made it to the hotel checkpoint, closely followed by Jeff Stelling and Matt, the Andre offspring were tailing behind on a night bus.

During their 'nightmare' journey, Junior, 21, and Princess, 19, revealed two other passengers were vomiting on the bus and it 'stank'.

After watching the grim scene, fans took to X to share their sympathy and concern for the pair, writing: 'Not the puking on the bus';

'Nice bus to be on, for Junior and Princess'; 'Oh bless him, Junior is so polite'; 'Meanwhile.. 230km away. Poor Princess and Junior. Trip of nightmares';

'Junior and Princess still away from the first checkpoint'; 'Not a good start for the Andres in last place, still a long way to go.'

Another person predicted: 'So.. I have this feeling that Princess and Junior are not going to finish race...'

Earlier in the episode, viewers joked they had a taste of 'jungle life' like their famous parents Peter Andre and Katie Price, who met appearing on I'm A Celebrity.

The brother and sister worked on a coconut farm and stayed the night after their shift, but appeared alarmed by the stark reality of the shower and toilet situation.

The owner of the farm told them that the shower only ran cold water off the mountain and there was no toilet paper, only a bowl of water.

Sharing their thoughts, one person said:'Princess and Junior getting a taste of I'm A Celeb with those toilets.'

Brit Award-winning singer Ella and her childhood friend Nana revealed that they viewed the race as the gap year they never got a chance to take.

The pairing fared well during the first episode, after they made a positive start by embracing local life and securing agricultural work, but their biggest challenge came when they had to decide how to continue through a remote part of Borneo.

The pair travelled into west Kalimantan and were welcomed into a traditional Dayak longhouse, giving them an opportunity to experience village life rather than simply rush through.

Before the race, the programme preview showed them taking on agricultural work, an opportunity to earn money and make their limited budget go further.

Meanwhile, veteran sportscaster Jeff was seen squabbling with his schoolteacher son Matt because he refused to slum it for the sake of the race.

Jeff wanted to play it safe, prioritising a square meal, a few beers and a comfy bed, telling Matt: 'Heat, hills, a backpack and dodgy knees. Worst combination ever.'
