While there are currently no known plans for a sequel, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is continuing to grow, and the critically acclaimed Nintendo Switch game will get a brand-new release this month. Even though the game was released well over three years ago, there’s still new DLC for Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom coming out in 2026. Of course, the franchise itself is celebrating its 40th anniversary, but the steady influx of new content is surprising, and yet another new release for ToTK is about to drop.

As was reported by Nintendo Life, a new release based on The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is set to become available for pre-orders on October 22. The new product is a Zelda statue based on her look in Tears of the Kingdom, featuring her iconic outfit with a cape, as well as a torch that she carries in her hand to explore the underbelly of Hyrule Castle. The 12" painted PVC statue produced by First 4 Figures is a premium product that will feature another cool aspect in its design.

Unlike the Decayed Master Sword statue from Zelda, which is much larger and much pricier, the new Zelda statue by First 4 Figures will likely follow the example set by the Tears of the Kingdom Link statue, which is currently available for purchase on the website at $134.99. The upcoming Princess Zelda statue comes with an exclusive base featuring integrated LED lighting that helps highlight the figure, as well as limited-edition numbering.

Once the pre-order period goes live on First 4 Figures, we’ll have a better clue as to when the Princess Zelda statue will be officially shipped to customers – though that process may take a few months. Even so, it’s a remarkable way of celebrating one of the best The Legend of Zelda games, especially if you’re a fan who wants to celebrate the franchise’s 40th anniversary.

If you’re not ready to spend over a hundred dollars on a single purchase, know that there are other products celebrating the franchise’s history. Exclusively in Japan, fans will be able to encounter new historical Zelda charms in gashapon machines across the country, with each charm highlighting a different era.

Of course, there is, perhaps, no bigger way of celebrating the series than playing the Ocarina of Time remake in November. We recently went hands-on with the latest game in the classic series, and discovered a remake filled with surprising changes and welcome upgrades. "It seems Nintendo has found the sweet spot and created a gem that does justice to the original masterpiece," our preview proclaims, before adding: "The time I had with the Ocarina of Time remake left me wanting to explore and discover more. Every part of the game has beautiful detail, from the way Link hangs off ledges to the designs and textures."

Nevertheless, fans who prefer The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom may want to keep their eyes peeled for the new statue becoming available in the coming days.
