KUALA LUMPUR: The 2027 Budget reaffirms the government's commitment to ensuring that national progress benefits all Malaysians through continued improvements in their standard of living, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

In a post on X, Anwar said the fifth Madani Budget also prioritised the people's well-being and their ability to live with dignity.

"Insya-Allah, I will table the 2027 Budget in the Dewan Rakyat this afternoon, with the aspiration to 'reach for the skies while remaining rooted to the earth'," he said.

He urged the public to watch the live tabling of the 2027 Budget on major television channels and digital platforms at 3.30pm today.
