The beloved Phineas and Ferb revival series is not quite ready to dive into season 6 proceedings, but Disney is tiding fans over with a brand-new Halloween special, and ScreenRant has a sneak peek. The children's show first went off the air after season 4 in 2015, but it was brought back a decade later for a critically acclaimed season 5. Now, the story of the wacky inventor brothers (and their wisecracking sister) continues with even more anticipation.
Phineas and Ferb's upcoming special consists of two parts: "Night of the Living Candace Suits" and "Terrors of the Altspace." In the former, the unsettling Candace Suit (first introduced in season 5) returns on Halloween night and ends up being duplicated into a small but terrifying army. In the latter, Baljeet and Buford get sucked into the Altspace, a dimension of lost things and pancake houses.
The clip above shows the Candace suits in the middle of wreaking havoc, all because she wanted Beatrice to help hand out candy for Halloween. To her credit, Candace takes responsibility for the chaos and sets out to make things right. Of course, what further chaos may befall Danville along the way is anybody's guess.
Phineas and Ferb's new Halloween special premieres October 6 on the Disney Channel before becoming available to stream the next day on Disney+.
