MANILA, Philippines – Defense counsel Kristine Ferrer clarifies during Day 19 of Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial that she was referring to leading questions when she said such questions were allowed during the Aug. 12 incident involving her cross-examination of state auditor Xylene Del Campo.

Defense counsel Lorna Kapunan, however, maintained that Ferrer had referred to “misleading questions” in her earlier statement.
