Jennifer Lopez commanded attention on Saturday night as she attended the Los Angeles Opera Ball Opening Night Gala.

The 57-year-old entertainer, who was recently spotted leaving the gym, stepped out in a plunging black Dolce & Gabbana dress with an accent coat.

The eye-catching outer layer boasted a thick brown fur collar and cuffs, while the black fabric was embroidered with a colorful floral pattern and had a satin, pale blue lining. 

Lopez, who hails from the Bronx, wore open-toe black platform heels to the boho-chic look.

Styled by Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn, she added a statement necklace and earrings.

Meanwhile, her walnut-toned locks were parted down the middle, pulled into a low bun, and finished with loose face-framing pieces.

Makeup-wise, the veteran star looked enchanting in a smoky mauve eye palette.

She added matching blush and coordinating matte lipstick, complete with a darker, lip-accentuating liner. 

Lopez appeared on Instagram on Saturday evening to give her 239 million followers a closeup glimpse at her head-turning ensemble.

She captioned the carousel post, 'Night Out,' using three heart emojis in brown, black and blue – the same colorway as her fringed coat. 

Earlier this month, the multihyphenate performer captivated fans with her makeup-free complexion as she reflected on her new chapter in life.

Posting an Instagram reel via her JLo Beauty brand, she gave followers a glimpse at her skincare routine as she stressed the importance of maintaining her daily rituals despite life changes.

Her twins Max and Oskar Muñiz, 18, recently left for college, leaving Lopez an empty nester.

'I was just about to start my skincare routine, and I was thinking about routines because my kids are going away to college,' she began.

The mom of two said she spent as much time as she could with the teens over the summer, which included a trip to Italy.

'And the travel was crazy, and it wreaks havoc on your skin,' she reflected, adding: 'But those routines really keep you going. I think when they go away, and I'm sitting here being an empty nester, and crying, and thinking about them and looking at baby pictures of them... these routines are the things that are going to keep me kind of sane.'

Lopez listed working out and doing her skincare as her everyday emotional anchors.

She welcomed twins Oskar and Max with Anthony, 58, in 2008 during their ten-year marriage. 

The proud parent said she's excited for her kids 'to step into this new era of their life,' while also recognizing that it's a new era of her life as well. 

'It's a scary time, it's a transitional time, it's a new beginning in a lot of ways,' she declared while speaking against a backdrop of a blue sky and green treetops.

She urged viewers to 'keep your routines going, stay hydrated, stay happy, stay joyful, stay productive.'
