Christian Pulisic has finally ended his goalscoring drought for Milan, opening the scoring against Lecce in Serie A with his first Rossoneri goal this calendar year.

Pulisic had not scored for Milan in any competition since their 3-0 win over Hellas Verona on December 28, 2025 under previous head coach Massimiliano Allegri. His only other goal in 2026 came for the United States in a pre-World Cup friendly against Senegal.
The drought is now over: The American took a wonderful touch to bring down a long ball over the top from Strahinja Pavlovic, which took him one-on-one with Wladimiro Falcone, before tucking away into the bottom corner of the net with his following touch.
