Sara Duterte's camp opposes AMLC's Buenaventura as prosecution witness

The camp of Vice President Sara Duterte opposed Monday the presentation of Anti-Money Laundering Council Executive Director Ronel Buenaventura as a witness in her impeachment trial.

Lawyer Mark Vinluan said the AMLC and its Secretariat shall not reveal any information known to them, and the prohibition applies to Buenaventura even after his separation from AMLC.

He added that the impeachment trial is not an exemption. —AOL, GMA News
