2026/27 Ghana League: Vision end winless run with 3-1 victory over Dreams

Translate

Vision FC ended a six-game winless run in the Ghana Premier League with a convincing 3-1 victory over Dreams FC at the Tuba AstroTurf on Sunday.

The visitors made a flying start to the match, scoring three goals in the opening 26 minutes to secure their second win of the 2026/27 campaign.

Sherif Mohammed opened the scoring in the 12th minute before Setsofia Agetey doubled Vision’s advantage five minutes later.

Mohammed then completed his brace in the 26th minute to give Vision a commanding 3-0 lead before the break.

Dreams FC responded in the second half, pulling one back in the 58th minute through an own goal by Ibrahim Larbi.

However, Vision held on to claim all three points and end their disappointing run since winning their opening league fixture.

The result leaves Dreams FC rooted to the bottom of the league table with three points after eight matches, having recorded three draws and five defeats without a win this season.

Vision, meanwhile, move to ninth place with nine points from eight matches. They have now recorded two wins, three draws and three defeats.

The victory provides a timely boost for Vision as they seek to build momentum in the league, while Dreams FC face mounting pressure to turn their fortunes around after another disappointing outing.
