PETALING JAYA, Oct 25 — Perikatan Nasional (PN) will discuss its legal challenge against the Registrar of Societies (RoS) over the coalition’s suspension, as well as preparations for the Melaka state election, at a meeting in Kuala Lumpur tonight.

According to News Straits Times (NST), PN secretary-general Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan said Bersatu leaders had been invited to attend the meeting at PAS headquarters, but whether they would do so was up to them.

He said the allocation of the seven seats assigned to PN for the Melaka polls would also be discussed.

According to Takiyuddin, the seats will be distributed among the coalition’s component parties, with Bersatu excluded after deciding to contest under its own logo.

He said the limited number of seats available meant PN would need to work out a suitable distribution among the parties involved.
