Honda plans to invest US$2.5bil to build hybrid vehicle plant in Ohio, Nikkei says
TOKYO: Japan's Honda Motor is in the final stages of preparations to build a new hybrid vehicle production plant in Ohio, the Nikkei business daily said on Thursday.
Honda plans to invest about 300 billion yen to 400 billion yen (US$1.90 billion to US$2.53 billion) in the new plant, expected to start production in 2030, the daily said.
