Manush Shah and Manav Thakkar advanced to the semifinals of the men’s doubles semifinals of the WTT China Smash 2026 in Beijing on Thursday.
The duo defeated Liang Jingkun and Xiang Peng of China in straight games 3-0 (11-9, 11-5, 11-4) to move into the final four. They will now face either Anton Kallberg and Kristian Karlsson of Sweden or Lim Jonghoon and Oh Junsung of South Korea.

The victory came in 19 minutes, with the Indian second seeds growing more dominant as the match progressed.
Manush will be in action later in the day in the mixed doubles semifinal alongside Diya Chitale as they face South Korea’s Lin Yun-Ju and Cheng I-Ching.
