Exhibitors at the Republic Bank–JoyNews Habitat Fair in Ho are offering discounts of up to 30% on selected products and services as the event enters its final day.

JoyNews reporter Maxwell Agbagba, reporting from the Ho Sports Stadium, says the offers are attracting prospective homeowners and other patrons seeking affordable housing solutions.

The discounts have added to activity at the venue, where exhibitors are showcasing products and services covering various aspects of homeownership, construction and property development.

The offerings range from building materials and home appliances to real estate financing options and property development services.

Patrons have also expressed satisfaction with the range of housing and real estate solutions available at the fair.

The fair remains open until 8 p.m. today, giving visitors a final opportunity to explore the available offers, compare products and engage directly with exhibitors.

The Republic Bank–JoyNews Habitat Fair brings together businesses and other stakeholders in Ghana’s housing and real estate sector, connecting consumers with products, services and information to support their homeownership plans.

This year’s edition in Ho forms part of efforts to extend the fair’s reach beyond Accra and other major urban centres, bringing housing-related products and services closer to prospective buyers in the Volta Region and surrounding areas.

Organised by JoyNews and sponsored by Republic Bank, the event provides a platform for exhibitors to engage potential customers while allowing patrons to explore available options in the housing market.

With the fair closing at 8 p.m., interested patrons have until this evening to visit the Ho Sports Stadium and take advantage of the offers available.
