Phil Foden was given a red card in the 23rd minute of the Premier League 2026-27 match between Manchester United and Manchester City at Old Trafford on Sunday.
Foden was given his marching orders for planting his studs into Bruno Fernandes in response to Fernandes pushing him to the floor.
The Englishman was instantly given his marching orders by Michael Oliver, and the decision was quickly ratified by teh Video Assistant Referee (VAR).
Both sides are currently goalless, and seeking a vital win to move up the Premier League table.
