Taylor Swift took the stage last night at the sixth annual Academy Museum Gala, a Los Angeles fundraising event benefitting the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures. The singer-songwriter gave her The Life of a Showgirl track “The Fate of Ophelia" a live debut, and also performed "Blank Space,” “Love Story,” and “I Knew It, I Knew You,” the original song she wrote for Toy Story 5 earlier this year. Watch videos from the night below.

Conan O’Brian introduced Swift’s performance—O’Brian and Swift both worked on Toy Story 5, with O’Brian voicing the film’s potty training gadget Smarty Pants. “It’s an insane, unprecedented honor to introduce a cherished member of our little Toy Story 5 family,” O’Brian said. “She’s John, Paul, George and Ringo all in one. Taylor Swift.”

Swift’s performance follows the release of The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore, an expanded edition of the 2025 album with four new tracks. She debuted the Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell-starring music video for “Patient Zero,” at the MTV Music Video Awards earlier this month, where she brought home the inaugural Artist Director Honors and Video of the Year for “The Fate of Ophelia.” The songs constitute the first new music she’s released since tying the knot with husband Travis Kelce at Madison Square Garden in July.
