MANILA, Philippines – Motorists face higher fuel costs starting Tuesday, Aug. 25, as diesel prices rise by P2.31 per liter, according to the Department of Energy. The increase comes despite the DOE’s assurance that double-digit price hikes are not expected in the coming weeks.
