CoreWeave (CRWV) has brought additional AI computing capacity online in Europe.

The Livingston, New Jersey-based firm brought most of its planned 22.5 megawatts of IT capacity online at atNorth’s DEN01 data center in Copenhagen, marking its first deployment in Denmark.

The facility uses NVIDIA Blackwell systems connected through NVIDIA Quantum-X800 InfiniBand networking. The addition brings CoreWeave’s European footprint to nine data centers across five markets, including the U.K., Spain, Sweden, and Norway.

CoreWeave also said it plans to add network points of presence in the United Arab Emirates, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, South Korea and Japan. The rollout is scheduled to begin in late 2026, with a full network loop targeted for mid-2027, extending its existing backbone across North America and Europe into four continents.

The company said its global AI network backbone uses multiple 400-gigabit-per-second connections at each location, MACsec encryption, and redundant network paths.

As of June 30, 2026, CoreWeave operated 51 data centers worldwide with more than 1.5 gigawatts of active power capacity. It reported approximately 4.2 gigawatts of contracted power as of its August 11 earnings call.
