Mandaadi Box Office Collections: Soori starrer sports action drama adds Rs 30 crore in Week 2, approaches Rs 100 crore mark

Soori and Suhas starrer Mandaadi is expected to cross the Rs. 100 crore mark by its third Saturday or Sunday at the Indian box office.

Tamil sports action drama Mandaadi collected Rs. 1.50 crore on its second Thursday, wrapping up its Week 2 at Rs. 30 crore. Allied to its first week of Rs. 64.25 crore , the two week theatrical cume of Mandaadi now stands at Rs. 94.25 crore gross at the Indian box office. 

The film is all set to enter the Rs. 100 crore mark soon, possibly by its third Saturday or Sunday. It will be the first time for a Soori starrer. Mandaadi turned out to be a big Hit at the box office, thanks to positive reception among the audience. 

It will be interesting to see how far the film can go from there on.

Mandaadi follows Muthukaali, a former champion sailboat racer who returns to his coastal village after years away. When young racer Maari seeks his help to challenge his former friend and fierce rival Sattapuli, Muthukaali agrees to train a local crew for the festival boat race.
