MANILA, Philippines – Some areas suspended classes for Friday, September 11, as the southwest monsoon or habagat continues to bring heavy rain to parts of Luzon.

• Malabon City – face-to-face classes in all levels (public and private)
• Navotas City – face-to-face classes in all levels (public and private)
• Quezon City – face-to-face classes in all levels (public and private)

Central Luzon

• Bulacan
  • Calumpit – all levels (public and private)
• Pampanga
