Real Madrid forward Vinicius Jr. will miss the El Clasico clash against Barcelona in La Liga, after being suspended for four matches.
The Brazilian was sent off in the 1-0 win over Villarreal at the Santiago Bernabeu last Saturday.
The Brazilian thought he had scored Real’s second goal but his effort was disallowed after a VAR review found he should be dismissed for pulling Nathan Saliba’s hair in the build-up.
The committee said Vinicius had been suspended for two games for “behaving violently... (while) not being in a position to challenge for the ball” and a further two matches for “protests” to the officials.

Real’s next four La Liga games are against Sevilla, Barca, Racing Santander and Valencia, but missing El Clasico at the Camp Nou on Oct. 25 would be a bitter blow for the 26-year-old.
Currently at fourth, Real Madrid is six points behind leader Barca.
