Actor-turned-racer Ajith Kumar’s motorsport project, Ajith-RedAnt Racing, has recently delivered its most ambitious global campaign in 2026, contesting GT3 Pro-Am in the Creventic 24H Series while making its Michelin Le Mans Cup (MLMC) debut in LMP3 Pro-Am.
The season has cemented the team as one of the most visible Indian-backed endurance outfits on the international motorsport calendar.
GT3 Pro-Am: A Championship Podium in the 24H Series
The backbone of Ajith’s 2026 programme was the #93 Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO in the GT3 Pro-Am class of the Michelin Creventic 24H European Series. Ajith shared the car with a consistent line-up including Kobe de Breucker (Semi-Pro) and the Redant duo, Ayrton (AM) and Yannick (Semi-Pro), balancing pace with Pro-Am regulations.
Season Outcome
Championship: 3rd in the 2026 European 24H Series GT3 Pro-Am, a year after finishing on the Championship podium in the 992 Am class.
Across the season, Ajith RedAnt Racing earned a class win at Mugello, multiple GT3 Pro-Am podiums, and consistent points finishes.
Michelin Le Mans Cup: A Historic European Prototype Debut
Alongside the GT3 campaign, Ajith launched a high-profile LMP3 Pro-Am effort in the Michelin Le Mans Cup, running the #16 Ligier JS P325 under the banner Ajith RedAnt by Virage with French co-driver Romain Vozniak.
LMP3 Pro-Am drivers result: 12th, 18 points, 0 wins, 0 podiums, 0 poles as of late September 2026. The season finished on October 10.
LMP3 Pro-Am teams standings: 10th in the teams’ table, 10 points behind ninth-placed British team P4 Racing.

Ajith’s racing company also fielded additional entries in 2026 that broadened its footprint in endurance racing:
#36 Ligier JS P325 (LMP3, non-Pro-Am) – Entered as Ajith RedAnt Racing in the Road to Le Mans 3-Hour, with Narain Karthikeyan and Aditya Patel driving. The car finished 12th in LMP3 overall, one lap behind the class winner.
.992 Cup (Porsche 911 GT3 Cup 992) – Under banners such as Ajith Kumar Racing by BKR and Red Ant Racing, the organisation ran Porsche 992 entries in selected 24H Series rounds, including Mugello.
