If you've spent any time at all on Instagram in recent months, you will have no doubt heard Jamie Miller's catchy hit Babydoll doing the rounds.

The Welsh singer, 29, has been working hard to promote the track, with dozens of viral videos showing him doing a now famous dance to the UK No.1 song.

And he has had some help from from some huge celebrities on the way who have appeared to bust some moves in the clips with him amid the promo trail.

From Off Campus star Antonio Cipriano (who he collaborates with on a version of the song) and singer Meghan Trainor to Little Mix star Perrie Edwards and presenter Alison Hammond – he has some serious celebrity pull.

While he is now enjoying huge success, cemented by him performing the track on Strictly Come Dancing this weekend, Jamie's incredible rise has been years in the making.

Babydoll reaching No.1 comes nearly 10 years after he auditioned on The Voice UK – coming third in the 2017 competition. He appeared on the show after working in a call centre.

Jamie has worked tirelessly to get to stardom since the series which he took part in when he was just 19 and saw him be coached by Jennifer Hudson.

Following the show he continued working hard at his music, posting covers, including of Adele's hit One And Only, on his ever-growing social media channels.

Khloé Kardashian even noticed his singing clips and soon he was getting offers from record labels.

He then signed with Atlantic Records, released his EP Broken Memories and landed a breakout hit with the ballad Here's Your Perfect in 2021.

But it's with Babydoll that he has found more mainstream success.

It is currently No.1 on the UK Singles Chart, making Jamie the first Welsh artist to top the chart in 15 years and the first solo male Welsh artist to do so in 41 years.

He has also had support from lots of his celebrity pals with Babydoll including from former The Voice host Emma Willis – who he reunited with on Strictly now that she is the main presenter.

Emma was full of praise for Jamie as she took to Instagram to congratulate him on his success.

She penned: 'Then and now… I first met Jamie back in October 2016 when he came to Manchester to audition for The Voice with his lovely family.

'He was the sweetest, most well-mannered kid who got up on stage and gave it absolutely everything. Even then, you could see how much it meant to him and just how determined and passionate he was.

'Fast forward 10 years and here we are again, reunited on @bbcstrictly, with his wonderful family, as always, by his side.

Appearing on Capital Radio recently, Jamie reflected on the success of the hit song.

'I think it's just I'm trying to process in real time because I I still just see myself as like a kid trying to trying to make it, you know.

'It's like everything that I've ever dreamed about since I was a kid happening to me within the span of eight to 12 weeks.'

He also spoke about his time on The Voice during the interview, saying: 'It was a beautiful experience. Yeah, it was like an amazing stepping stone, and I learned a lot through that.
