Mammootty's former residence in Kochi's Panampilly Nagar has become a stay option for fans and tourists. The property offers guests a chance to spend time at the house associated with the Malayalam superstar and his family.In 2025, the residence was made available for bookings as a holiday accommodation. Panampilly Nagar is among Kochi's upscale residential areas. According to Manorama Online, the house where Mammootty and his family lived for years was opened to guests. The property features four bedrooms with names linked to the family.

Four rooms named after Mammootty's family

The accommodation includes the Mammootty Suite, Dulquer Abode, Surumi's Space and a Guest Room.

Together, the four rooms can accommodate up to eight people. The stay comes with access to several spaces within the property. Guests can explore the private theatre and galleries during their visit. A property tour is also included as part of the experience.

The reported price for a one-night stay was Rs 75,000. However, the current Goibibo listing shows a different price for booking the entire villa. The booking platform displays a room rate of Rs 25,433.

Taxes and fees of Rs 7,125 are listed separately.The property is located at No. 39/5281, G222, KC Joseph Road, Panampilly Nagar. Its location puts it in one of Kochi's prominent residential neighbourhoods.

Mammootty's 'Om: Chapter 1' release delayed
